Licensure & Telehealth Availability
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Washington and hold an Authorization to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through PSYPACT. This allows me to offer telehealth services to clients in many participating states across the U.S., expanding access to care for professionals who travel frequently or reside in multiple locations.
To check if your state is included in PSYPACT, you can visit psypact.org.
Fees & Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider for health insurance. This means I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide detailed superbills that clients can submit to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement.
Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement, depending on their out-of-network benefits. I recommend checking with your insurer about coverage for outpatient psychotherapy with a licensed psychologist.
Psychotherapy Services
I offer evidence-based psychotherapy for high-achieving professionals who are navigating the demands of intense careers while striving for meaningful, sustainable personal lives.
Who I Work With
I work exclusively with professionals—executives, attorneys, physicians, founders, and other high performers—who are juggling ambitious roles, personal responsibilities, and the pursuit of a life that feels authentic and well-aligned.

Warm and strategic: I bring a balance of empathy and clarity—helping clients gain insight, build practical tools, and align their choices with what matters most.
