Dr. Fred Millán, PhD
Dr. Millán is a bilingual Counseling Psychologist and a respected leader in psychological education and ethics. He serves as the director of the Graduate Mental Health Counseling Program and Professor of Psychology at SUNY Old Westbury. Dr. Millán has held many prominent positions, including president of the National Latinx Psychological Association and President of the American Psychological Association’s Society for the Psychological Study of Culture, Ethnicity, and Race.
